Cake in a cup

Who says you can't have you cake and eat it too? When it's a simple as this, you can have cake when ever you want!

Time: 5 minutes

Cake Ingredients:
1 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of sour cream
1/4 cup of flour
1/8 teaspoons of baking powder
1 egg
1 or 2 drops of vanilla extract

Crumb Topping:
1 tablespoon of butter
2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon

For starters pick out your favorite coffee mug/cup. Put your 1 tablespoon of butter in it and microwave for 10-15 seconds, just to soften the butter..not melt it. Add in your 2 tablespoons of sugar and  stir until its a creamy texture. Next you will add your 2 table spoons of sour cream, your egg, vanilla extract, baking powder and flour. Stir well!

For the crumb topping, mix all ingredients together until it becomes a crumbled mess! (Who says you can't be messy when your cooking!)

Add the crumb topping to your mug and microwave for 1 minute to start. Check it, if it needs more time add 10 seconds and continue until it's perfect. (My microwave it took 1 min 20 sec)
